RATIFICATION VOTE

CSEA will conduct a vote Tuesday, April 1, and Wednesday, April 2 (the second and third days of Spring Quarter) to ratify its first contract with Columbus State. Mark your calendar now.

Voting will take place between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. in DE 257 (Computer Science conference room) both days. Faculty may vote at any time, and only current paid members of CSEA may vote. Membership forms authorizing payroll deduction will be available for any bargaining unit member who wishes to join CSEA in order to participate.

The Negotiating Team recommended at the bargaining unit meeting last Friday that the membership approve the tentative agreements that make up the proposed contract.

Both Dr. Moeller and the Board's chief negotiator have stated that the Board will accept the tentative agreements since the provisions fall within parameters outlined by the Board during negotiations.
